About Us
PSBS - An Overview
With a holy vision to spread the light of education among the people at local level in Kirtipur, PBHS was established in 2040 B.S. (1984 A.D.) This school is committed not only to providing quality education, but also training up children in such a way that they have an easy access to a bright future when they grow up. The school aims that its motto 'DO THE BEST, BE THE BEST' be reflected in all its students when they enter into the world of practice.
PBHS’s faculty members are committed to imparting high quality education. The courses are combined with high academic standard and practical application. Our aim is to build tomorrow’s Doctors, Engineers, IT Professionals, Managers and Academic Leaders to effectively deal with complex, competitive and challenging environment. Faculty members are student-friendly ready to help all the time. In addition, we have visiting faculty members specialized in their respective areas to enhance the capacity of students.

BUILDING & INFASTRUCTURE:
The school compound extends over nearly 10 ropanis of land, 3 ropanis of which is occupied by the school building under the surveillance of CC Cameras. The main school building is of four storeys with 45 spacious rooms which hold classrooms, administrative offices, laboratories and hostel rooms. There is a separate block for the junior classes, hostel kitchen cum dining room, games room, motor garage and canteen.The school is richly equipped with separate e-classrooms, library, labs for Mathematics, Science and Computer.
TRANSPORTATION:
To provide students with convenient transportation, the school has two school buses of its own and four others hired on rent. These buses cover the students coming to school from a wide range of areas in the Kathmandu Valley. The school has further plans to increase the number of the school bus depending on the necessity and demand of the students.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Diligence, punctuality, sincerity and discipline are some of the qualities that are emphasized on in this school apart from study. So, our extra and co-curricular programs are designed to inculcate human goodness.

Welcome to PBHS!
PBHS today is a sprawling institution, not just in terms of its student body and infrastructure but also regarding the high bar it has set through which academia today is judged in Nepal. The genesis of these achievements weren’t as grand though, in fact it was rather modest. However, it started with an ambitious dream, and strong values that aspired to cater to the needs of the country’s future.
Starting out of a small building, in 2040B.S, PBHS had but a few students filling up its classes from the kindergarten to its class five. The ideologies and dreams though were always as grand, focusing on not just academic growth but also overall development of the students in various fronts such as sports, music and the arts. The concept was of a learning center and the dream is as alive and functioning today.
Years down the line, those aspirations have given rise to the largest private academic institution in Nepal, helping develop minds that are prepared to take on the challenges that will lead Nepal into a brighter future. The lion’s share of the credit goes to the faculty at PBHS, the best of the best who work with the students to help them achieve their personal bests. The combined efforts of our students and faculty have given use the confidence to grow into our own university – another high goal that PBHS is set to achieve.

Dear education lovers,
Education that leads us to these direction is what I say education. Until and unless people understand the self or reach the level of consciousness they don't mean they got education. Education I mean should nourish people to maintain peace, bliss and purity of life.
Education is mere a learning nevertheless there are two ways of doing that, learning knowledge or learning information. Learning knowledge is learning to understand, this means to understand the human value and the destination of life. Learning information is banking teaching; it's just a data base teaching learning procedure. So far our understanding in education is we must learn the human value, we must learn the culture and the destination of life and ultimately that leads people to live their purity of life.
